NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT OR AMEND

Pursuant to §31141 of the California Water Code, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 12, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Malaga County Water District (“District”) adopted Ordinance 2017-2 by the following vote:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Malaga County Water District (“District”) will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Malaga County Water District Board Room located at 3580 South Frank Street, Fresno, California.
