NOTICE OF DEADLINE EXTENSION

 

Subject: Extension of Proposal Submission Deadline – Auditor RFP

 

Dear Prospective Bidder,

In light of the questions received and the clarification needed to provide, the District has decided to extend the proposal submission deadline. We want to ensure all interested firms have adequate time to fully evaluate the responses and incorporate any necessary adjustments into their submittals.

Key Updates & Revised Deadline

• New Submission Deadline: Friday, August 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST.
• Proposal Revision / Amendment: If your firm has already submitted a proposal, you may choose to submit an amended or updated proposal prior to the new deadline. If no updates are necessary, your original submission will remain valid and active.
• Website Notification: This extension notice and the updated schedule have also been posted on our official website, www.malagacwd.org.

All other terms, conditions, and submittal instructions outlined in the original Request for Proposals remain unchanged.
